SHIPPING

Once we receive payment for your order you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been received. From then your order is processed within 24-48 hours. THIS DOES NOT MEAN IT IS SHIPPED RIGHT AWAY. 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to update according to USPS. After the 24 hour mark, you will see an estimated shipping time on your order. 

* Once your package is picked up/shipped by USPS we do not take responsibility if estimated time is changed. 

** If your order states DELIVERED and is not there please allow 24 hours from the delivered time, sometimes USPS marks them as delivered and has not shipped.

*** If your order has not delivered after that point, please email SUPPORT@OFFICIALACAL.COM and we will help you!

 

RETURNS

If you need to return an item because of size, want a different design or want a refund, then please follow these steps:

- The product has not been WASHED

- The product does not smell like SMOKE or COLOGNE/PERFUME

- The product does not have DOG or CAT HAIR on it.

If your product does not have any of these things then please send your exchange/return to:

2. Please email us stating you sent back your order so we can keep an eye out for it!

3. Exchanges and Returns will be handled in a timely manner!
